Spring Break Community Wide Garage Sale

Hi Everyone,

It’s getting close to Spring Break and our annual community-wide garage sale. I’m sending out this email to take a vote on which Saturday you would prefer, March 12th or March 19th. Today is Fri., so talk among yourselves and let the board know by next Tues. 3-1. THE POLL IS OPEN ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE HOMEPAGE The poll is now closed.

Park Ridge will pay for advertisement in the local papers, and put signs out at the entrances. Let us know your address if you decide to do it, and we will put a sign on Francia and Swanson, the main streets, pointing in your direction.

If you choose to put out your own signs, please remember to take them down also. Left over signs detract from the beauty of our community, and Park Ridge is a great community.

If you have a neighbor that you know doesn’t get email, please let them know! Ok, let us know, We look forward to hearing from everyone.

Happy Spring cleaning,
Lori, Kelly and Pat

Halloween / National Night Out followup

Hi Everyone,

The community looks great as everyone is decorating for Halloween. The kids will love it. Just wanted to remind residents that we will have our annual pumpkin carving contest. We’re looking for the most original carved pumpkin. The contest is open to homeowners that are in good standing with the community. Board members will be walking around the community looking for pumpkins. Every year has been great since we started this and I know this year will be just as good. Good luck everyone!!!

On another matter I wanted to let you know that we ended up with 72 people at the National Night Out in the park. What a great turn out. Thanks to all that were able to come. A HUGE thank you to Pauline Anton for heading up the project!!!!

Happy Halloween,
Pat, Lori and Kelly

Paint selections added.

Hopefully we’ll get a better quality scan of this document.  In the interim, this will have to do.  I will also add it to the Architectural Committee page.
